 KiCoStamps heeft weer vijf nieuwe sheets in de winkel en nog heel veel andere mooie nieuwe stempels en artikelen. Neem even een kijkje hier

Vijf nieuwe plates waarvan drie van mijn hand.

De Zomer Challenge waar ik aan mee deed is afgelopen en nu dus weer volop tijd voor mijn blog. Zeker nu er net nieuwe sheets zijn uitgekomen. Hieronder komt gelijk de eerste kaart die ik heb gemaakt met het gezichtje van plate 61.
Dus houd mijn blog in de gaten want de komende tijd zullen er weer voorbeeldkaarten met de stempels van deze nieuwe sheets voorbij komen.
De komende tijd hoop ik weer regelmatiger bij jullie blogs langs te kunnen komen.

Five new plates which three of my hand. 

Summer Challenge I did to it is over and now again plenty of time for my blog. Sure now just new sheets are coming out. Here below comes  the first card I made with the face of plate 61.

De achtergrond is gemaakt met Dylusions. In het midden heb ik een lichter stukje gehouden en daar het gezichtje op gestempeld. Op de achtergrtond een stencil van TCW gebruikt en deze geaccentueerd met witte en zwarte pen. De swirls bij het gezichtje ingekleurd en met een wit potlood het haar getekend. De tekst eveneens van deze plate 61 gestempeld op apart papier. Gemat op wit karton, uitgesneden en verhoogd opgeplakt. Misschien inspireert dit eerste werkje jullie al een beetje?

Kleine greep uit de Craftorij Zomer Challenge

Zoals jullie weten ben ik deze laatste 2 maanden erg druk geweest met de Zomer Challenge van de Craftorij. 60 dagen - 60 kaartjes met 60 verschillende onderwerpen. Soms naar mijn bekkie, soms met de vraag wat moet ik er mee. Wat ik hieruit geleerd heb is om juist van deze laatste wat moet ik er mee kaartjes, toch iets leuks en origineels te maken. Echt en totaal andere denkwijze en onwijs leuk om te doen. Met vandaag mee nog 7 dagen/kaartjes te gaan en dan is het over.

Heb alles op Facebook geplaatst maar wil hier een kleine greep van de kaartjes van de afgelopen maand laten zien. Het onderschrift geeft het onderwerp weer.

Het is schandalig lang geleden dat ik op mijn blog was. Maar dat krijg je als je elke dag meedoet met de Zomer Challenge van de Craftorij tot eind van deze maand. Deze kaartjes kun je bekijken op mijn facebook site.

Ik kreeg nieuwe stencils binnen waarvan deze Boeddha er eentje is. Ik heb iets met Boeddha's en waarom weet ik niet. Maar goed op een hele grote tag heb ik een achtergrond gedoodled en wat kleur aangebracht.

Hierop met zwarte gesso de Boeddha gemaakt. Het gezicht met de cirkels was te druk dus beschilderd met witte acrylverf. Je ziet de lijnen er nog wel doorheen maar dat vind ik wel iets hebben.

Na deze maand hoop ik weer wat trouwer aanwezig te zijn op mijn blog en sorry voor de weinige bezoeken aan jullie blogs. Fijne week verder toegewenst.

De achtergrond van de eerste kaart is gemaakt met Cosmic Shimmer Mist op grof aquarelpapier en de tweede op glanskarton. De vlinders gestempeld op apart papier met dezelfde shimmer mist. De vlinder is een zelfgegutste stempel. De takjes zijn van Inkadinkado.

Aurora

Ik heb haar Aurora genoemd naar de maakster van de digi, Aurora Wings. Dit is dus de tweede kaart met een digi tekening. De achtergrond met alcohol inkt gemaakt in pittige kleuren. Het gezicht uitgeprint en ingekleurd met Neocolor II - aquarelkrijtjes. Haar op een andere manier verhoogd opgeplakt, vanuit de zijkant. Tot slot alles op een zuurstokrose cardstock gemat.

Flowers in bloom

Leuk hè dit keer een lieflijk plaatje. Voor het eerst een aantal digi's gedownload en twee kaarten reeds gemaakt. Totaal verschillend maar toch erg leuk om te doen. Hier de eerste. Je kunt zelf bepalen hoe groot je de afbeelding wilt hebben.

Dit meisje met de lotusbloemen is van Aurora Wings.

De achtergrond is met glimmermist bespoten en het raam van Chocolate Baroque en de mooie embossingpoeder Coral Flowers van KiCoStamps. De grote bloem erachter is getekend en met acrylverf ingevuld. Het meisje met aquarelkrijt en waterpen.

Dit keer voor de achtergrond gespeeld met Bister (rood, geel en blauw). Hier overheen TCW stencils met acrylverf. De ladies en tekst (Crafters Companion - Two of a kind) apart gestempeld en ingekleurd met aquarelkrijt - Neocolor II.

Verhoogd op de kaart geplakt en alles gemat op okergele cardstock.

Weer eens een ander gewoon kaartje maar weer leuk om te doen.

HELLO

Twee dezelfde gezichtjes en weer totaal anders dan mijn vorige kaarten. Maar dat vind ik zelf juist zo leuk.

De eerste als kaart en de tweede wil ik in een journal verwerken, dus zullen jullie zeker nog een keer terug zien. Beide kopjes gemaakt met een I-stencil. Achtergrond gemaakt met Dylusions inkt en stencils op dik aquarelpapier. De onderste stencil is zelfgemaakt. Met witte en zwarte pen gedeeltes geaccentueerd.

De tekststempel hello is van Darkroom Door en met zwarte Archival inkt gestempeld.

Two identical faces and totally different than my previous ones. But I find it so much fun.

EIK / OAK - PanPastels

Probeer hiermee toch nog even opnieuw de PanPastels.

Heb de eerste boom van Sheena Douglass met VersaMark gestempeld en hierover in verschillende kleuren groene Panpastels gebruikt. Gemat op groene cardstock.

De tweede eigenlijk hetzelfde alleen hier een achtergrond bij gemaakt, Ben begonnen met Distress inkt te sponsen maar toen overgegaan op Panpastels. De boom hetzelfde als de eerste. Gemat op groenen en gele cardstock. De teksten zijn eveneens van Sheena Douglass.

Allereerst 300 gr. aquarelpapier bewerkt met verschillende tinten groen/blauw/geel/goud Cosmic Shimmer Mist. Dit is inkt met een erg mooie glans (zoals gewoonlijk niet op de foto te zien). Hier een stukje uitgeknipt dat ik wilde gebruiken voor deze achtergrond. Hierop met donkerblauwe Archival achtergrond rondjes gestempeld van Chocolate Baroque - Texture Fragments. Het venster en de blaadjes onderaan met VersaMark gestempeld en hierop de schitterende embossingpoeder Corn Flower van KiCoStamps gestrooid en uiteraard verhit. De vele kleurtjes geven een prachtig effekt en een gouden uitstraling. De Lady (Kanban) eveneens met VersaMark en blauwe embossingpoeder gemaakt. Hierna ingekleurd o.a. met Inka Gold Gelb Gold en Stahl Blau en met Shimmerz Paint Aqua Marine en uitgeknipt. Haar verhoogd opgeplakt. De tekst (Kanban) op een apart stukje papier gestempeld. Met zwarte en witte pen nog wat geaccentueerd. Was weer erg leuk om te doen. May Your day as Special as You!

Your home is your Castle

Op onze vriendinnendag in maart heb ik o.a. deze mooie kasteelstempels van Chocolate Baroque mogen gebruiken van Miranda. Nogmaals hartelijke dank Miranda. 

De achtergronden van de kaarten gemaakt met stencils (TCW en Dutch Doobadoo), op de tweede kaart ook een gezichtje van I-Stencils en beide bespoten met Dylusions inkt. 

De achtergrond wat vervaagd met PanPastels, ook het gezichtje zodat de kasteeltjes meer op de voorgrond konden komen. Deze ook bewerkt met PanPastels. Ik heb maar een paar kleuren hiervan maar het is toch aardig gelukt vind ik zelf.

Op de eerste kaart de tekst met pen geschreven. Beide kaarten gemat op mooi bijpassend cardstock.

NATURE - Alcohol Inkt en Workshop

de bomen stempels zijn van KiCoStamps

Weer even wat speeltijd met mijn alcohol inkten.

Dit keer op mijn craftsheet wat alcohol inkt gedruppeld en hier mijn twee Yupo papiertjes doorheen gehaald. Ik was dan ook erg tevreden met het resultaat. 

Op beide kaarten heb ik stempeld gebruikt van KiCoStamps plate 53.

Uiteraard hierna wat uitgewerkt, soms met penceel en soms met copics. De vogeltjes er op getekend.

Bij de onderste kaart een paar takjes links gestempeld van Stampinback. Dit weer op meer diepte effekt te creëren. Het hekje ook getekend met inkt.

De tekst op de bovenste kaart met losse letterstempeltjes gestempeld.

Some little time with my alcohol inks. 

This time on my craft sheet and some alcohol ink dripped and brought here through my two Yupo papers . So I was very happy with the result. 

On both cards I stamped used by KiCoStamps plate 53. 

Obviously what worked then, sometimes with brush and sometimes with copics. The birds are drawn on. 

At the bottom card stamped with a few branch left of Stampinback. This again more depth effect to create. The pound also drawn with ink. 

Stamped the text on the upper card  with movable letter stamps.

Picasso

Toen ik de serie I-Stencils zag was ik verkocht. 

Vooral de gezichten vind ik fantastisch. Heb er dan ook best wat aangeschaft. Ook deze kaart is met twee I-Stencils gemaakt.

De achtergrond een stempel van Stampendous gestempeld, weet niet meer hoe deze heet, maar mocht ik gebruiken van Corine. Nogmaals dank Corine.

Deze met wat lichte tinten ingekleurd. Hieroverheen het gezicht met zwarte inkt gesponsd en daarna de figuurtjes (torentjes) op haar hoofd. Het gezicht met lichte acrylverf zo geschilderd dat de achtergrond er nog doorheen te zien is. De twee buitenste torentjes afgeplakt en alleen het kleinste torentje drie keer gebruikt om op de hals te sponsen. Wat kleurtjes van de achtergrond er in verwerkt.

Weer echt anders dan mijn andere werk en een naam verzinnen hiervoor, tja.... toch maar gewoon Picasso.

De andere stencils zullen zeker de komende tijd op mijn blog langskomen.

Koning van de Zee / King of the Sea

Wat waren het weer heerlijke dagen op het geweldige ARTSpecially stempel Event in Nijkerk. Het weekend vloog weer om en wat fijn en leuk zoveel van jullie weer te ontmoeten en weer zo te genieten van al het moois.

Vier van de vijf door mij ingezonden kaarten voor dit Event zijn gepubliceerd in het ARTSpecially for you Magazine nr. 17. Maar de vijfde kaart wil ik jullie ook niet onthouden en dat is mijn Koning van de Zee.

Gemaakt door alcoholinkt te laten vloeien net zo lang tot ik het mooi vond. Daarna ontstaat de vraag: en nu? Het was voor mij een onderwater wereld. De visstempel van LaBlanche hiervoor gebruikt. Op apart papier gestempeld waarop dezelfde kleuren alcoholinkt zat. Voor deze er op te plakken eerst de bolletjes slinger (Stampinback) er op gestempeld, de rotsen gemaskerd zodat de slinger er achter loopt. Zo ook met de plantjes links onderaan. De bolletjes wat lichter van kleur gemaakt. De vis uitgeknipt en verhoogd opgeplakt. Tot slot met witte gelpen wat waterbubbeltjes getekend. Hij is toch echt de Koning?

What were this wonderful days again on the great ARTSpecially stamp Event in Nijkerk. The weekend flew again and some fine and fun to meet so many of you again  and again so to enjoy all the beauty.

Four of the five submitted cards by me  for this event are published in the ArtSpecially for you Magazine No. 17. But the fifth card I want to let you see, and that's my King of the Sea. 

Made to flow alcoholink through it until I liked it. Then the question arises: what now? For me it was an underwater world. The fish stamp of LaBlanche used for this purpose. Leef en Droom

Het bollenmeisje van mijn plate 58 gecombineerd met de tulpen van deze plate.

De achtergrond is van glossypaper bespoten met inkt. De druppeltjes vond ik mooi, hier pasten de spatten van plate 57 Bloemensheet  prima bij. Het gezichtje en de tulpen op apart papier gestempeld en uitgeknipt. Met Distress inkt ingekleurd. Hierna gekeken een leuke combinatie te maken. En dit is het resultaat en zo is mijn Tulpenmeisje ontstaan. De tekst (plate 54) tot slot met Archival Prum gestempeld.

Dit is voor nu mijn laatste voorbeeldkaart, nog een paar dagen en dan is het ARTSpecially Event in Nijkerk. Hoop velen van jullie daar te zien.
