Van Harte / Congrats

Hi hier ben ik eindelijk weer.
Ik zit in een kleine creatieve dip en er is de laatste tijd niet zoveel uit mijn handen gekomen. Geeft niet, want dat komt wel weer.
Vandaag een paar eenvoudige kaartjes gemaakt. de eerste kaart is gemaakt op een gele linnen kaart. Hierop wat schilderstape geplakt en daarna gespoten met Dylusions inkt. De bloem  (Paper Artsy) met versaMark gestempeld en bewerkt met zwarte embossingpoeder. De bloemetjes rood ingekleurd en de omtrekken bewerkt met witte gelpen. Ook met rode en witte pen doodles gemaakt, deze horen zo langzamerhand gewoon bij mij (haha)
De tekst is geschreven.

Hi here I am finally back. I'm in a little creative dip and there is not much lately come out of my hands. Does not matter, because it will come back.

De tweede kaart op dezelfde wijze gemaakt maar op roomkleurige glans kaart. Maar nu met rode embossingpoeder en geel ingekleurd.

Ook hierop de doodles gezet, iets minder zichtbaar dan in de vorige. De tekst is van Fiskars.

Twee Dametjes / Two ladies

Dit keer twee nieuwe typetjes, twee dametjes. Ik heb er erg veel plezier aan beleefd deze dametjes te tekenen. Ook dit keer weer groot zodat ze ook op een groter schilderij en Art Journal passen. Ze staan inmiddels ook op een Art Journal maar om deze te zien moet je even overschakelen naar mijn Creativity blog. De achtergronden van de Tag kaartjes zijn gemaakt met restjes Dylusions inkt van mijn craft sheet en daarop met een stencil gewerkt. Wat geaccentueerd met witte gelpen.
De dametjes ingekleurd met dezelfde inkt.

Gastdesigner voor KiCoStamps

Sommigen van jullie hebben het waarschijnlijk al gelezen op het blog van KiCoStamps, ik ben de eerste gastdesigner voor KiCoStamps geworden. Conny benaderde mij een tijdje geleden met deze vraag en zoals jullie zien heb ik ja gezegd. Ik vind het erg leuk om met de stempels van KiCoStamps te proberen mijn eigen stijl toe te voegen. Hier is dan ook de eerste kaart uit de Fantasy Plate 26.

Some of you have probably already read on the blog of KiCoStamps,  I become the first guest designer of KiCoStamps. Conny approached me with this question a while ago and as you see I said yes. I really enjoy working with the stamps of KiCoStamps trying to add my own style. Here is the first card from the Fantasy Plate 26.

De achtergrond heb ik gemaakt door een stempelkussen van Big & Juicy (Foliage van KiCoStamps) op mijn acrylblok te drukken en dan af te drukken op de kaart. Dit geeft weer een apart en verrassend effekt. Dus ook in deze kleuren verder gewerkt. Op de achtergrond met rode glitter embossingpoeder structuur gemaakt en de vlindertjes  met embossingpoeder rose, wat glitter poeder en okergeel geëmbost. Met witte gelpen wat gedoodeld.  De tekst ook van tekstsheet nr. 2 met Archival brown er op gestempeld. Tot slot het vlindermeisje (Fantasy Plate 26) met zwarte StaZon inkt gestempeld en ingekleurd in bijpassende kleuren. Uitgeknipt en verhoogd opgeplakt.

I made the background by pushing a stamp pad of Big & Juicy (Foliage from KiCoStamps) on my acrylblok and then print it on the map. This shows a separate and surprising effect. Nogmaals ganzen / Geese again

Een dierbare kennis van ons is gister geopereerd en voor haar heb ik deze kaart gemaakt met de wens op spoedig en volledig herstel.

Zij houdt van rood en zwart en is dol op ganzen, dus dat waren prima richtlijnen om deze kaart te maken. 

Je kunt het natuurlijk wel raden, ze vond hem echt prachtig.

Alles op een rode kaart gemaakt maar deze ook gedeeltelijk met rode inkt bespoten. Hierop de ganzen gemaakt en nog een stencil gebruikt voor de hoeken. De rest is getekend en geschilderd met acrylverf. Ik had zelf niet kunnen denken dat het in deze kleuren zo'n mooi tafereeltje zou worden. 

A dear friend of ours has had surgery yesterday and I made this card for his with the wishes for a swift and full recovery .

She loves red and black and is fond of geese, so they were excellent guidelines to make this card.

De Dames / The Ladies

 In het Art Journaling blad zag ik een foto van twee dames, volgens mij van Kathleen Barnes. Toen kwam het idee om hiervan een paar stempels proberen te maken. En zo gedacht, zo gedaan.
ik heb ze erg groot gemaakt zodat ze ook in mijn Art Journal en op een doek te gebruiken zijn. Dit keer geen silhouet stempels maar meer gedetailleerd, meer uitgegutst zodat ik ze later zelf kan inkleuren.
Dit zijn ze dan geworden de twee dames. Allebei op een achtergrond van Dylusions inkt en wat stencils er op gebruikt. Ik heb ze in dezelfde kleurenscharkering gehouden en is een leuk geheel geworden.
De tekst Greeting is van Happy Stamps en Girls van Inkadinkado.
Ik heb één van de dames ook gebruikt in een Art Journal maar die komt nog een keer op mijn andere blog. De bloem is gemaakt uit een afgeknipt stukje jurk van de tweede kaart.




In the Art Journaling magazine I saw a photo of two ladies, I think of Kathleen Barnes. Then came the idea to try make stamps of this a couple. And so thought than done.

Ganzen - Geese

In een besteld boek zaten mooie stencils bijgeleverd en meteen was ik verkocht met deze ganzen.

De bovenste kaart is gemaakt op een achtergrond van Dylusions inkt. De ganzen er op gesponst met blauwe en paarse inkt. De tekst er op gestempeld met blauwe Archival inkt. En de tekst is een clearstempel maar ik weet niet meer van wie. 

In a earlier ordered book were beautiful stencils included and immediately I was hooked with these geese.

The top card is made on a background of Dylusions ink. The geese on sponged with blue and purple ink. The text on blue stamped with archival inks. And the text is a clear stamp but I do not remember from whom.

De tweede kaart is op een achtergrond van Glimmermist en Color Wash in mijn graag gebruikte kleuren blauw/groen. De ganzen heb ik er op gemaakt met witte, blauwe en groene verf. Met pen enkele lijnen aangescherpt.

Vind bij deze kaart een tekst overbodig. Geniet zelf  wel erg van de kleurencombinatie   

The second card is on a background of Glimmer Mist and Color Wash used in my favorite colors blue / green. The geese I have made ​​on white, blue and green paint. With pen a few lines tightened.

Dance like nobody's watching

Nogmaals het figuurtje gebruikt als in mijn vorige bericht, maar met andere kleuren. En doe wat de tekst zegt: Dans alsof niemand je ziet.
De achtergrond gemaakt met blauwe, groene en paarse  kinder toververf. Hierop een stencil gebruikt van TCW.  de gebruikte stempels hierop zijn van de stempel sheet nr. 148 van De Stempelwinkel.
Ik heb ze allemaal met embossingpoeder bewerkt ook de teksten. Ook wat embossingpoeder over de afdrukjes van de stencil gebruikt zodat een gedeelte van de achtergrond wat is opgelicht. De belletjes laten doorlopen op de bovenranden. Het figuurtje en wat bolletjes geaccentueerd met zwarte pen.

Het blijft leuk werk om met dezelfde stempels toch weer zo'n verschillende uitstraling aan de kaart te geven.

Het Oog en Dance / The Eye and Dance

Geïnspireerd door het prachtige werk van Monica van Hands and Heart heb ik deze kaarten gemaakt. Zij heeft een altered book page bewerkt en werkelijk prachtig. Neem beslist even een kijkje bij haar.

Ik heb het hier op een kaart gebruikt maar ook in een Art Journal geprobeerd. Deze plaats ik later nog een keer op mijn Creativity blog..

Heb voor het oog op meerdere kaartjes achtergronden gemaakt met kinder toververf oranje, rood, geel en goud. Deze met de heattool gedroogd en soms laten ploffen voor het leuke effect. Dan een stuk uit het midden gescheurd en steeds een kleiner stuk op een volgend kaartje. Als laatste het oog gestempeld op een stukje met goudverf beschilderd papier. Deze als laatste erachter geplakt. De randen geïnkt en daardoor geaccentueerd. Het oog is een stempel van Stampinback en deze met pen geaccentueerd.

Het danseresje op de tweede kaart is een stempel van de nieuwe stempel sheet (nr.148) van De Stempelwinkel. Een wijnrode linnen kaart gebruikt en daarop de verf aangebracht.

Heb getracht lichtjes om haar heen te maken. Zijzelf is met goud geëmbost. De tekst geschreven met witte gelpen.

The dancer on the second card is a stamp of the new stamp sheet (148) of  De Stempelwinkel.  Used a wine red linen card and this  painted.

Make a Wish

Het maken van de achtergrond heb ik in een filmpje op internet gezien. Ik heb van dit proces een paar foto's gemaakt

Allereerst leg je een stuk keukenrol neer (foto rechts) en daarop een stencil, in mijn geval de Mini Branches Reserved van TCW. En twee kleuren Dylusions inkt, melted chocolate en vibrant turqoise. En bespuit je het stencil mee. Zie foto links

Het keukenpapier zuigt de inkt op door de stammen en takjes. Dan leg je een stuk stevig papier op de stencil en wrijft hier voorzichtig over. De inkt wordt overgezet op het papier. Papier er af halen en ..

Op de onderste rechter foto staat het resultaat als je de stencil rechtstreeks op je papier legt en dat de inkt er op spuit. Dan krijg je alleen de boomstammen en takken te zien. (in dit geval met andere kleuren).

De grote uil (Stamp Camp) gestempeld en met Dylusions inkt en witte acrylverf de uil ingekleurd.  Deze tot slot uitgeknipt en verhoogd opgeplakt.

The big owl (Stamp Camp) stamped with Dylusions ink and with white acrylic paint colored the owl. This finally cut out and pasted increased.

Heel erg bedankt ..Rian

Allereerst even een persoonlijke boodschap. Ik ben vanaf nu geen Design Team lid meer van Rian Design.

Dat ligt beslist niet aan de prachtige collage sheets van Rian, maar aan mezelf. Ik heb behoefte om andere richtingen in te gaan en mijn vleugels verder uit te slaan. Open te staan voor nieuwe dingen die op mijn pad komen.

En met deze kaart wil ik Rian onwijs bedanken voor de mooie tijd en voor het werken met haar prachtig ontworpen collage sheets. Ze begrijpt gelukkig dat ik verder wil groeien in mijn stempelwerk, inkten en schilderen. Rian ik wens je bij deze alle succes toe in je verdere werk, samen met de andere teamleden. Heel erg bedankt voor deze tijd.

De achtergrond van de kaart had ik nog liggen en is gemaakt door deppen van alle restjes inkt en verf op mijn blad. De varen (Beeswax) is gestempeld met VersaMark en met zwarte embossingpoeder bewerkt. Eveneeens de tekst (Marianne Design). De vierkantjes op de kaart gestempeld met een rubberen pannen onderzetter van Ikea (zie kleine foto) Als laatste de libelles er op geëmbost.

Lady in green

Dit is weer zo leuk om er even tussendoor te doen.
Bij Xenos een paar ronde canvasdoekjes meegenomen. De achtergrond gesprayed met Dylusions inkt. Daarop met stencils wat motieven aangebracht met acrylverf. De bloemetjes onder zijn gemaakt met een stencil van TCW - Mini Botanicals. Vervolgens de Lady gestempeld met Stazon Navy blue. Daar dit op de canvas niet zo heel scherp overkomt alles overgeschilderd met donkerblauwe acrylverf. De swirls en rondjes (allen Inkadinkado) zijn eveneens in blauw gestempeld. De stempel heb ik zelf  gemaakt en gegutst, zie afbeelding rechts.
Ik denk dat ik dit schilderijtje zo kwijt ben aan één van mijn kleindochters

The flowers below are made with a stencil of TCW - Mini Botanicals. Then the Lady stamped with Stazon Navy blue.  This canvas is not very keen on, all about painted with dark blue acrylic paint. The swirls and circles (all Inkadinkado) are also stamped in blue. The stamp I made myself and gouged, see figure at right.
I think I've lost this painting quickly on one of my granddaughters.

Droom / Dream

Allereerst heb ik op canvaspapier een stencil van TCW - Mini flower Frenzy gelegd en bespoten met twee kleuren groen Dylusions. Zie kleine foto. Deze heb ik op een witte cardstock kaart geplakt. Hier randen langs gemaakt door schilderstape met dezelfde kleuren inkt te bespuiten en deze langs de randen van het canvas te plakken. Een A4   eveneens gekleurd met dezelfde kleuren en daarop 3x de bloem (Hero Arts) gestempeld en 6x het blad van Magenta. Deze uitgeknipt en allemaal met de pen geaccentueerd. Op de kaart geplakt en de bloemen afgewerkt met een mooie strass-steen in bijpassende kleur. Als laatste de teksten (Different Colors) er op gestempeld. 

 

Omdat ik de tekst zo mooi vind schrijf ik hem hieronder:                                                                       

Blijf even stilstaan en droom weg

Adem diep in en ruik de geur van het voorjaar

die ons inspireert in het kleurgebruik

Luister naar de stem van de natuur

en hoor hoe deze tot ons hart spreekt

zodat we even onze zorgen vergeten.

First I have laid on canvas paper an TCW stencil - Mini Flower Frenzy, and sprayed with two shades of green Dylusions. See small picture. I made this on a white cardstock card. Here along edges created by masking tape with the same color ink sprayed and the edges glued along the canvas. An A4 also tinted with the same colors and then stamped 3x the flower (Hero Arts) and 6x stamped blade of Magenta. These cut out and are all accented with the pen. Glued on my card and the flowers finished with a beautiful rhinestone in matching color. Finally the texts (Different Colors) stamped on.

Because I like the text so much  I write it below:

Sprookjesland / Wonderland

De mooie nieuwe collage sheets van Rian Design zijn er weer voor deze nieuwe maand.

Het is een vrolijke kinderkaart geworden in sprookjesland.

HELLO

De achtergrond van de tag eerst bewerkt met Paint Ball van pritt. Dat is een roller met inkt/verf en geeft een leuk effekt. Daar overheen een mask gelegd en met Dylusions inkt bespoten. De mask is een plastic huishoudspatel (gekocht bij Ikea). Toen ik deze zag dacht ik gelijk daar kan ik wat mee. Op de tag zie je de horizontale strepen (net bomen), deze zijn gemaakt met de lichtgroene spatel (zie kleine foto).
De vogel gestempeld (Lost Coast) en uitgeknipt. Met Dylusions ingekleurd en verhoogd opgeplakt. De libelles zijn eeen kadootje van de Stempelwinkel. De tekst is van Darkroom Door. De bladeren (stencil TCW - Mini Botanicals) met inkt bespoten en natuurlijk met mijn onmisbare witte gelpen geaccentueerd.
